That means no crash and burn later!] You can go green with ingredients like avocado and plant-based protein, or start with a fruitier base, like strawberries and bananas.

2. Go for the Bowl: Whether it’s time for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the bowl is the way to go! For a nutrient-rich snack that keeps you on your a-game when exploring the Gulf, try one of our bowls! There are three great ways to fill your bowl with the power of plants - and unlimited customization means you can fill any bowl with all your favorites:

  • Acai Bowls: Acai berries are a delicious superfood, and a must-have ingredient for your breakfast bowl. Add fresh fruit, protein powder, and granola for a sweet, crunchy bite that fuels you for your morning jog, surf, or swim.
